- Customs & Brokerage: You (the buyer) will act as the Importer of Record. You are legally responsible for hiring a licensed Canadian Customs Broker to clear the shipment through the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
- Fees: All Canadian import duties, provincial taxes (GST/HST/PST), and customs brokerage fees are not included in our checkout price. You will be billed for these directly by your chosen broker.
- Required Action: Within 3 business days of placing your order, you must provide us with your Customs Broker's name, phone number, email address, and your account number with said broker. We cannot dispatch the freight truck until this information is received. ANY Orders delayed at the border due to missing broker information will be CANCELLED, shipped back to our facility, and no refund will be issued. CUSTOMER CAN PROVIDE SAID INFORMATION TO SHIPPING@TEAMLODGE.COM AND THE SHIPMENT WILL PROCESS AS FAST AS THE CUSTOMER CAN PROVIDE PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
